While a re-encode with the missing minutes would be great, Videobox either can't or won't fix issues you find with scenes and will blow you off if you bother trying to suggest they fix anything. If you find a scene that cuts off early or has the wrong star labeled, videobox customer service doesn't care and will send you emails saying they "hope to have it fixed in a few days" It's not like most scenes / movies are messed up, it's just customer service won't fix those that are. Ugh.

Oh, and if someone does come along to fix the scene, please label her correctly as Jessie J.
